back from Pennsic

Carl and I are back from Pennsic. I am a little sad to be back but also happy to be sleeping in a bed and being able to take long hot showers.This was not my most fun Pennsic but it was decent. We will be heading to Maine to visit Carl's mom tomorrow morning. Then we need to start dragging my stuff upstate. I am looking forward to seeing my kitties. I was fairly anxious not being able to check in with Jodi while I was away. When I got back I found out that one of the vehicles in Jodi's convoy was hit with a IED( Improvised Explosive device). Thankfully no one was seriously injured. She said that the angels were guarding her and was very relieved and grateful to return with all the people she left with.
